I've recently switched ISP's and purchased a new router, access points and a NAS. I've got things working, but there are issues and it doesn't seem to work as well as expected. I need some help to troubleshoot and (potentially) reconfigure my set-up to get it working well. My set-up includes: - NBN HFC - Aussie Broadband connection to 1000Mbps - Netgear Nighthawk router - Unifi access points - WD My Cloud ex2 Ultra NAS - Plex Media Server (which I had intended to run on the WD NAS, but it doesn't seem to work so I have configured on a Mac) I'd like someone to come and review how I've set things up, make some recommendations or troubleshoot, then help to reconfigure. - Due date: Flexible

Trying to get an authorised installation of an additional NBN point (or the relocation of existing point) in my area elderly mother’s small flat in Surrey Hills ASAP.

I want my Mac wiped entirely. It’s over 10 years old so it’s not as simple to reset as the new ones. I’ve managed to somehow delete things and the operating system won’t load now nor will it load from the net - I want to be satisfied all data is irrecoverable given privacy issues of late. I’m guessing someone who’s good with Macs can do it. A local computer place said to smash the hard drive so I guess they don’t work with macs! - Due date: Flexible

Computer stuck in automatic repair boot loop. Was using 3D modelling software and it application stopped responding, rest of computer worked, I let it sit over night to resolve - must have crashed. Taken some parts from a previous PC, and put them into a new case I bought, along with a new Power Supply and Hard Drive. Had a crack at building it myself, but the PC didn't show any signs of life. Would very much appreciate any help. Since it didn't turn on, it would be ideal if you could bring spare parts to diagnose a problem if it still doesn't turn on after another try.
