Santosh went above and beyond to fix this, and it seems to be running well. He stayed for many extra hours and gave me recommendations for what I should do in the future, as well as offering his ongoing support after the job was completed. We did have trouble communicating at the start, I had to tell him information regarding my availability several times before he accepted it, and while I was very happy to pay the extra he asked for at the end since he had done such a long day and such good work, it was a bit strange that he didn't say please or offer any reason for the increase. (I had planned on tipping him this amount anyway, so not a huge deal) He then hovered on my doorstep until I had released payment, which I guess he's allowed to do... But again, I wouldn't say we were always on the same wavelength. Overall a nice guy who really made sure to finish the job well. Thank you Santosh, I appreciate all your effort and time
