It’s hopefully simple as plugging router into NBN NTU as it’s fibre to the premise. I need to push config to ubiquiti router and there is a small chance I might need you to reset the ubiquiti router. I’ll be able to walk you through all of this on the phone. Basic IT skills are required but any experience with ubiquiti be a plus. Should be 15 minute job but could be longer if there is issues. I’m an experienced IT manager working from another state, I’ll be doing the config remotely just need you to simply help plug the router in and maybe help rollback or reset ubiquiti equipment if need be. Our all in one computer isn’t turning on and I need help to see if it can be saved but I believe it’s dead. It’s an older model but was working well until recently. The last time it worked it showed the warning in the pic, but now it doesn’t even power on. So I need someone to come to save the data from the disk and put it on a usb drive to transfer to another computer.
