Help when I get stuck on Windows 11. Example my current problem is that my computer is running very slow when connected to internet, even when just using xcel, but returns to good speed as soon as I disconnect the internet, I suspect it has something to do with "One Drive" which was recently added. When I attempt to turn off my computer, I get message "one drive personal files uploading" but this never finishes. I suspect each visit will be only a few minutes, but I am willing to pay minimum of one full hour

When I turn on the printer Epson WF-4745, it started to make a loud sound ( not like usual) and went straight into scanner Error 000103. I'm unable to bypass this error. I've tried to turn the power on and off again but still not working. Please assist in rectify the issue. Error message: " An error occurred while scanning. Turn the power off and on again".
