A stain has appeared at the edge of the main living area (polished concrete floors) and the bathroom. We need someone to provide a professional opinion on what caused the stain and to remove it

We have concrete slab in our garage which we would like either polished, or coated with epoxy. Dimensions approx 6m x 4m. Easy access.

I need to have an area of my polished concrete floor cleaned. There is a residue left behind from a non-slip mat and I need somebody who can remove this without damaging the polished finish underneath. We’ve just finished removing some old cork tiles from our kitchen floor, and are keen to have someone clean, repair, grind and polish the concrete we revealed. Floors are covered with residue from the cork tiles, and will require some repair/fill work where needed in dents, gouges and chips. You’ll need to bring your own scarab grinder, and supply relevant repair and sealant materials. We’re on the top floor of a CBD apartment building, with loading dock parking available for the duration of the work.
