Light grind 1-3mm of concrete shop floor 6.6m x 5.4m. Penetrating seal

We need to try and remove a large grease stain from our recently grinded and polished concrete floors in a warehouse.

Looking for a Professional Concrete and floor polish/finish. 2 bedrooms, hallway and lounge. Will need to come and look at the job and quote from there.

Concrete deck area, approximately 7m x 4m. Need to seal edges to stop leaking into garage underneath, and then lay timber decking. All materials provided.

I would like to put a vinyl or similar flooring in part of my home gym area. The floor is currently concrete and gym matting. The area to be done is approximately 6m x 4.6m The floor is smooth but I’m not sure if it is mm level, there isn’t any obvious high or low spots to the eye though.

Need the gaps between the bottom of the skirting and polished concrete floor neatly sealed in a white, waterproof, mould resistant sealer like Selley’s no more gaps wet area. 2 rooms are 5mx4m approx with two 2m openings. New skirting, one room has been filled but slightly depressed when dried and needs to be done by someone who knows what they’re doing so it’s all uniform anyway. Gaps are about 5mm give or take around both rooms.

Job is in Ivanhoe area. Engineered timber flooring was glued down 7 years ago onto concrete slab. Need it removed 19m2 so tiles can be laid.

Need to remove concrete channels which are depth of 10mm from timber floor in lounge room in preparation for replacement boards. Only need concrete removed and taken away, approx 12m x 10cm widechannels and triangle where previous fireplace was. Also removal of Bar. See photos.

Area is about 4.1 x 2.7m. Residue is like 2mm. Need floor grinder to remove this so we install floorboards on top.

I need approx 100 square meters of vinyl flooring removed from this slab. I have tried with my excavator but no luck. Assume it will need specialist tools. I can confirm it is not asbestos, building is under 15 years old. You will need to remove the vinyl from this area, tidy and sweep and then remove the rubbish. Red area is the vinyl

Remove remaining carpet tiles, probably less than 15 pieces left, remove glue residues and clean concrete floor. We have removed most of the commercial carpet tiles but the floors are sticky from the adhesive leftover. We want to clean the floor and return to it's original concrete approx 70sqm. This is for a ceramic studio so we don’t require it to be super polished as ceramic production would definitely scratch the floors
