Hi Viet, I have a double garage and will need a proper clean. There are some marks on the floor and I don’t think they are oil. They look more like rusty water sank into the floor maybe? I’m wondering how much does it cost and how long do you need to finish the job. Many thanks, Jennifer

I have a small outdoor section that I have recently removed tiles from. What’s left is adhesive residue and some minor cracks. I’m looking to have the remaining concrete polished back to a smooth finish so I can paint over the top. The area is roughly 7sqM in total.

We had our carpet removed with a plan to put floating timber floors instead. The underlying concrete required work as the stairs and the rooms were not levelled. We had a concreter to fix those issues, but they didn’t do a very good job on the stairs, which we discovered only after the floor was put in. The problem is that the stairs are slanting downwards, mostly by 1-2 degrees but 3 stairs by 4 degrees. In addition, one stair slants upwards. The flooring was removed from the stairs now but we need a concreter to fix/finish the job - the original concreter says he ‘did his best’ and not willing to come back. The stairs need either another layer of concrete where it is lower or grinding of the higher areas. Someone also suggested boxing the stairs with 6mm timber. - Due date: Flexible

Lay approx 25m2 of Hybrid floors, I believe it's less than 1 days work, but will require some tools such as drop saw and jigsaw.
