Require concrete slab to be grinded in preparation for flooring to be installed. Glue will need to be grinded off without gauging into slab and keeping the slab level.

I have removed the vinyl tiles from the concrete floor. I require the vinyl tile glue to be sanded off. The space is approximately 49 m².

Hi, I got some penrite oil in the concrete, it's not coming out with dishwashing liquid and one lot I used wd-40 to try to lift the oil stains. Not game to keep trying as I only seem to be making it worse! Hope someone can help.

We have bedroom approx 4 x3 that is currently carpeted. There is concrete underneath. A peek under the carpet indicates he floor is flat but has paint splatters. We are happy to rip up the carpet but looking for someone to grind and seal the concrete surface (not polish). The room has a built in wardrobe. Kennards hire does loan out concrete sanders and sealant products. We don’t have a vehicle to transfer the machine to our house or the time to perform the job ourself. I don’t have a photo of the concrete surface as it is still covered with carpet. Job does not need to remove carpet (we can do this) Looking for quotes and availability please. Past cracks due to settling of 3 year old polished concrete floor in our living room to be removed and filled. About 4 longitudinal cracks and a could small ones. Then full floor which has a few dirt patches. Total room size approx 8 meters x 6 meters, with a bench top of 1 x 4 m and other fixed wall to wall cabinet in between. We are located very close to Perth CBD. The Cracks are not very wide 1 to 2 mm , just desire for a nice looking floor without spoiling the overall aesthetics, so keen to have someone who has done something like this before successfully.
