I’m looking to get my garage floor done with a concrete grinder. I’m looking to apply an epoxy coat and this is a prerequisite. The garage floor is 6x5.5m.

I’m looking to polish the concrete floors in 3 rooms. They are located downstairs and are approximately 45-50m2. Please provide separate pricing for (1) mechanically polished concrete and (2) grind + seal options. We would like to have a small amount of stone exposure, with semi gloss finish. Please also let me know options for the floor space in the cupboard.

Clean rust stains from a recently completed suspended concrete slab. Using CLR rust remover or Zodiac all in one stain remover. About 60 sqm in total Will need a trestle to access soffit which is about 3M above the floor level. Easy access from street.

Need approx 50m2 of vinyl flooring, which is 2m wide, laid on concrete floor in downstairs rumpus room/guest space. Floor is uneven in some places, but as it’s not going to be a long term solution it doesn’t need to be perfect. Vinyl is mid range quality, with no pattern matching needed.

We've got about 50 square meters of floor to grind after the removal of the tiles and the wooden floor. Exact measurements can be seen in a video I can share. Must be done on the day so that we can install the flooring.

Need 8smq of exposed aggregate concrete installed as an extension of the salt and peppper coloured driveway. Already have compacted roadbased installed as I was thinking of doing paving.
