We need to try and remove a large grease stain from our recently grinded and polished concrete floors in a warehouse.

1 bedroom apartment has polished concrete flooring with scratches, water damage, and wearing of finish. I am Interested in quotes to fix just the most severe blemishes, (cheap and cheerful), and also a complete refinish - grinding back the whole floor and repolishing. Floor area approx 56sqm. Looking for someone to put in self levelling concrete in a 1 bedroom apartment including kitchen, living and bedroom but not bathroom. Floating floors will then go over the top. Carpet has been removed and most of the holes have been filled in. There is a small amount of glue remaining on the concrete that may need to be removed first. I need a concrete floor ground down. You will have your own grinding gear, and hopefully do this sort of work regularly. Just looking for a rough/medium grind, minimum exposure of aggregate, floor is currently level except for one corner where it is 10mm out of level. Area is 7m x 3m, is currently cleared, access is good (ground floor, 7m walk from street, good parking) Price is a guide only, im not sure how much this should cost, please ask any questions and leave an offer.

We’ve just finished removing some old cork tiles from our kitchen floor, and are keen to have someone clean, repair, grind and polish the concrete we revealed. Floors are covered with residue from the cork tiles, and will require some repair/fill work where needed in dents, gouges and chips. You’ll need to bring your own scarab grinder, and supply relevant repair and sealant materials. We’re on the top floor of a CBD apartment building, with loading dock parking available for the duration of the work.

Our appartment has polished floors and I need a patch repaired and blended in and we've looking at repolishing the floor taking out the scratches

I am looking for a floor laying to lay wood flooring, we have 27 square meters to be laid (across two rooms). The floors level and we are going to put a metal cover over the pipe in the bedroom. This is hybrid engineered wood flooring and acoustic matting. The rooms will be empty by Thursday so you have a clean run.
