I want to get backyard and courtyard concrete floor polished and sealed

We have ripped up the tiles in our house and there is some parts of the concrete higher than others, we are putting down hybrid floor boards next week and need someone to come out and level the floors

Looking for someone to grind, level and seal concrete tops for outdoor bbq. 3 tops with total surface area of 3800 x 750 The first 2 tops are a bit rough. Not expecting them to come up perfect, just as good as possible. The third is in good shape and only needs a light sand.

Need someone to chase concrete floor. I have vinyl over the floor which needs cutting carefully so it can be re patched after chasing and filling. Need to chase about 70mm x 50mm trench for about 1.5m- 2m. If they can also re join the vinyl back that’ll be great.
