The cement floor in our warehouse has subsided in an area of approximately 0.6 meters by 8 meters, likely due to the forklift. The landlord is now asking us to restore it to its original condition. I don't know exactly how to do this, but I guess we need to remove some of the cement, compact the remaining part tightly, reinforce it with steel mesh, and finally pour new cement. I would like to know the total cost of this job, including the rental of a skin bin, the materials needed, and labor costs.

Re concrete and smooth small area

Repair concrete balcony. My objective? FYI - Part of a project to maintain house and improve waterproofing effectiveness. I am looking into concrete infused sealing technologies. I may test out some innovation. It seems to me there is water penetration. Drumming. This seems to me my go ahead tasks. It seems to me I need to have sections that are “drumming” removed and repairs made. As a separate job I will need to seal, then waterproof then uv stabilise painting to protect waterproofing. I think this project needs to be cut up into discrete tasks. I am looking into the waterproofing part now. I was looking to line up someone to oversee it all or just focus on the repair part. That depends on people wishing to help. Budget is flexible to what tasks ending up being. Will not be allocated on price but on the “service” and “outcomes”.
