100-150mm thick cement slab to be cut to open up below leaking water pipe. Approximately 250mm x 250mm block to be removed. 3 x cuts as indicated on picture. Block not to be broken as it needs to be put back after repair of water pipe. Will be done by myself. Pre-cut already done but don’t have a large enough cutter to do it myself. Max 30 min job if you have the right cutter machine.

To replace garden edging with limestone blocks 500x160x90. See photos 1) area1 - 5400 length, 2000 side. 2) area2 - 3500 (bring back limestone blocks to the red line) I can supply the blocks.

Sections of limestone wall need grinding back to be flush before render. Approximate length is 5 meters. 1m high. With the correct tools this should take 3-4 hours.

Install limestone retaining wall

Looking for concrete to be poured adjoining to existing garage it wont have vehicles drive over but pedestrian access only. Also down the side of shed pad. Garage side an L shape from front of property next to driveway, under a gate, and L shape toward the next gate. = 10.05 Square meters. On the side of shed straight run in line with existing shed pad, upto concrete retaining wall and back toward rear boundary fence. = 3.12 Square meters. There is soil, that will need removing prior to work. I am happy to remove the bulk of this prior to concrete being poured but would ask for the final leveling work to be done by yourself. Alternatively happy to receive pricing on carrying out all works including the initial prep work. Please advise if how thick you would pour the concrete etc so i remove enough top material

Looking for liquid limestone to be poured both sides of property between house and fence line. On the laundry side being a fairly straight run, but has some drain risers, HWS, Aircon unit to pour around. = 23.94 square meters On the main side of the house a big L shape down the main side and inplace of the original alfresco pavers. = 57.88 square meters There is soil, pavers, blue metal stones etc that will need removing prior to work. I am happy to remove the bulk of this prior to liquid limestone being poured but would ask for the final leveling work to be done by yourself. Have 16 limestone blocks I need layed, 2x 1000x350x350 1x 500x350x350 13 x 1000x350x165 On existing wall. So 1 extra course. Blocks already onsite.
