The cement floor in our warehouse has subsided in an area of approximately 0.6 meters by 8 meters, likely due to the forklift. The landlord is now asking us to restore it to its original condition. I don't know exactly how to do this, but I guess we need to remove some of the cement, compact the remaining part tightly, reinforce it with steel mesh, and finally pour new cement. I would like to know the total cost of this job, including the rental of a skin bin, the materials needed, and labor costs.

Need a room self levelled ready for hybrid flooring, 30Sqm Self leveling cement will be supplied room will be prepped and primed ready for pouring. Old flooring guy has become unreliable so need some new to replace him, I’m a builder so will have future jobs that require levelling aswell. Must have photos of previous work.

There are two concrete 'feet' in my back yard, which used to support a radio tower, which I want removed. The picture shows that they are basically blobs of concrete that surround a metal pole. I need someone who has a jackhammer or other suitable power tool to come over and smash the concrete. After that I will remove the metal pole using an angle grinder. I think if you have the appropriate tool, it will be a pretty quick job. Less than 1 hour to do both of them.
