Lachie was excellent in all regards. He was a good communicator, he was punctual and he worked hard to complete what was a good quality job. While some others included a $400 charge to get a digger to do the excavation work, Lachie rolled up his sleeves and used a shovel. This helped make him more price competitive than most other bidders. Good clean up as well. Couldn’t recommend Lachie more highly.

Section of front of house pathway has subsided relative to the adjoining section and is a trip hazard. Length of section/join to be ground is 1400mm long and a depth of a couple of mm at one end and approximately 8-10mm at the other. Needs to be ground flat. I don’t have the gear I.e. a proper concrete grinder & disc - not a hand grinder. Happy to flick through a pic to assist in visualising. Same as often seen on public footpaths when done by the council. - Due date: Flexible
