Demolish portion of Besser block front fence then installing a structurally strong reinforced foundation/footings. Bear in mind natural gas pipe line runs under fence line. Mapping of such available on site. Using existing block work & fresh mortar reinstate fence line. Block work would need to be core filled with high MpA strength concrete.

Levelling and paving side-of-house access
$1,000
St. Ives NSW, Australia
29th Nov 2021
Paving on side of house is uneven, in one section also sloping. A small section has a concrete slab that needs removing (about 4cm thick, ~2sqm). Looking to have this levelled and paved with new concrete pavers, without concreting a slab. Best to come and see first. Area is approximately 10sqm.
Concrete slab
$9,999
Saint Ives Chase NSW 2075, Australia
1st Oct 2021
existing carport on 6mx6m concrete slab being demolished and slab needs leveling (slopes from front to rear approx 40cm over 6 metres) for new carport.. ADDITIONAL INFO - The slab runs into a sloping driveway which will need to be cut into to min 100mm depth for new concrete slab surface to run into. Additionally a channel/gutter is needed within the new concrete to run the full 6m length of the front of the carport to arrest rain water runoff from the driveway. The posts of the carport require to be supported on concrete to 300mm depth (approx 300mm square) , however, the existing slope of the slab means that only the front LHS of the slab needs cutting and excavating to that depth as there will be 300mm + new concrete to be poured at the locations of the other posts. A concrete pump will be needed as the slab is cut into a slope at the front property boundary - the edge of the slab is approx 6m horizontally away from and 2m vertically below the kerb.
