We need to redo parking area with concrete

driveway crossover Concrete or paving

100-150mm thick cement slab to be cut to open up below leaking water pipe. Approximately 250mm x 250mm block to be removed. 3 x cuts as indicated on picture. Block not to be broken as it needs to be put back after repair of water pipe. Will be done by myself. Pre-cut already done but don’t have a large enough cutter to do it myself. Max 30 min job if you have the right cutter machine.

To replace garden edging with limestone blocks 500x160x90. See photos 1) area1 - 5400 length, 2000 side. 2) area2 - 3500 (bring back limestone blocks to the red line) I can supply the blocks.

Sections of limestone wall need grinding back to be flush before render. Approximate length is 5 meters. 1m high. With the correct tools this should take 3-4 hours.

We need some 1000mm blocks laid on some existing retaining wall approx 6 blocks

Dimensions 9 m wide 8 m deep, want 40 mm thickness and existing limestone will need scraping and preparation first. It is compacted and competent, just needs levelling first.

A tree has pushed out and cracked the small retaining wall in our garden bed. We need the retaining wall to be made slightly larger by one 50cm limestone block length and to match existing wall. I am happy to provide the limestone blocks, mortar, etc. Just need someone skilled to be able to do the wall.

Patio flooring is currently concrete, but needs to be grinded especially along the crack lines. Total size across all cracks is approx 90 Sqm.

Need some expansion joints cut into freshly poured concrete driveway.

I need someone with a demo saw or similar to do one cut through an exposed aggregate concrete path in Maylands. The width of the path is 1400mm and depth 75mm. Doesn’t need to be perfect and no requirement to remove any section of path. The red line on the photo is where the cut would be.

I need this very small wall built with besser blocks and tied into these rebars. Approx 80 blocks 1-1.2m high at the length set out. Need to be very clean as it’s on a polished concrete floor.

Clean up rendering and mortar on wine cellar concrete slab and place on rubbish pile. I can provide buckets, lighting, jack hammer with bolster attachment and wet / dry vacuum.
