Holes are mostly ready, just need to brace posts and cement in place, fix sleepers once cement is hard, and do the backfilling of gravel, agpipe etc

"Approximately 30 sqm of concrete pavement with avg 75 mm thickness will be installed in the backyard, matching the existing pavement with a stony set facing(see picture to get an idea about stony set ).The precast mosaics (shows in attached pictures) will be removed and stored and new pavement will be installed in their place, along with the area currently covered by white gravel. The new pavement level will be adjusted to align with the edges and level of the old pavement. Additionally, a small channel (length 20 m and dimensions max 25x25 mm) will be required by saw cut or any other method on surface for lighting (lighting will be done by others)

My 45 yo brick house sits in Keperra QLD, an area with slightly reactive soil. Subsidence is happening slightly so I would require some foundation underpinning as suggested by the structural engineer, though he noted there's no immediate/short term. I would only consider steel bar/concrete underpinning. Would not consider resin or other cheap band-aid solutions. I put in $5 so we can exchange contacts and discuss.
