Have two holes/gaps in a bathroom of an old art deco apartment that need rendering. One is where a shaving mirror used to be about 60cm x 60cm. Not very deep. Paint touch ups needed in clinic. Recently painted around December 2021 and touch ups around 4 months ago. A few scuff marks already throughout the clinic.
