Kitchen benchtops that had been previously painted are now scratched and chipped. Area size approx 3m in total length. Benchtops need to be sanded back, primed and painted.

Front steps need sanding back and repainting. Window sills require touch-up painting (9 to do, several require ladder access). Ceiling in downstairs living room requires touch up painting.

We have about 7 stumps to replace under the Queenslander house. 4 of them are acro props and the rest are wooden stumps and there’s enough space for excavators under the house. There’s also a concrete base for a stair case that needs to be replaced.

I’m reconfiguring my kitchen to also have an island bench including putting a stone kin on my current 33mm thick bench tops with a bull nose (I expect the bullnose will need to go) - such that it looks like a 40mm thick stone bench top. Note this will form a 280mm bench to be sat at. So will want stone on the inside / under side as well for the bench. Small bench • 500 x 505 + waterfall 505x870 Island bench (yet to be moved in place. Does not have existing substrate for the stone skin/veneer) • 1095 x 2100. 300 of the 1095 represents a bench. The bench is not built and so will need substrate built to facilitate the bench. Similarly 300 of the waterfall ends don't have the substrate for the bench. + waterfall 1095 x 870 (split by a post) + waterfall 1095 x 870 (with a notch at the bottom because it is across two different floor levels)

We have a 3m x 4m storage room that has besser brick walls and concrete floor and ceiling. We are wanting the walls and ceiling sealed and painted to make them look nice. There are some gaps in the walls where the ceiling joins that will need to be filled. The floor is concrete and we are also looking for an epoxy finish. Thanks
