The Kitchen sink tap is bit loose on the base where it attaches to the kitchen top. Everything is fine, but it’s just wiggly. I can do it by myself, but don’t have time to fix. Looking for a professional to do it instead.

Door opening to balcony flies open when really windy. There is air getting in through gaps around the door which may be building pressure. Need the door sealed around the gaps. Door latch may also need checking.

The stem on the tap valve for the hot & cold taps in our shower is not long enough to get from the supply pipe to the tile: There is not enough exposed thread onto which the 'collar' of the handle itself can be fixed. This has cause the collars to come off, exposing the hole in the waterproof membrane behind the tiles. We need to have the valve replaced with a longer one, and the hole in the membrane sealed around the valve. In addition, water pressure from the shower head is too low. Is there a restricter or "water-saving" component that can be removed? (I have no specific cost in mind, so please disregard the $99 suggestion here - I will consider any reasonable, itemised quote).
