The caps have loosened over time, and a colorbond fence needs to be installed on top of them. They have been removed, and old mortar needs to be cleaned and the caps reaffixed. Refer to photos.

10 set of stairs need some filling where the paint was damaged in the installation and the paint then touched up. May suit a semi retired painter or the like. You will need a white/ blue general induction card, hard hat, hi vis and boots. We need a tempering valve installed on an apartment hot water system. The hot water system was installed new in 2020. We also need separate washing machine taps installed to avoid cross connection. The washing machine is currently connected to the laundry breech.
