We need to replace three wooden stairs on a small internal staircase in an old home. The home is very basic and will likely be knocked down in the next few years so nothing fancy required, just simple, sturdy stairs that don't look terrible. As per the pictures, 3 treads and 3-4 risers will be required. I don't have exact dimensions, but around 800mm wide by about 600mm-800mm high. My washing machine keep showing FE error,

I have bought some modern taps for my shower/kitchen. Needing someone who won't whinge throughout the short job. Good bucks.

The taps in the kitchen, and bathroom are missing the handles and require replacement. The tap in the laundry needs probably some type of splitter to help the washing machine to run the cold water, but also to have cold water available for the wash basin. Please include parts and labor.

Just need someone to cut down the tops of 2 trees. Simply we do not have a tall enough ladder to reach ourselves. Also needs to be someone with right tools to do it safely as they are on fence line and don’t want to damage surrounding properties. No waste removal required.

I’ve just moved onto a rental property that is not as dog proofed fencing wise as I thought. Could someone please give me a quote on fixing the gaps in the fencing and also for the under the house area? I can purchase cheap but sturdy supplies, only because it’s a rental and I’ll need to remove it when I leave. If this could be done tomorrow Friday 20 anytime or Saturday 21 in the morning that would be great. There is already some planks on some of the fence but there is a still a gap that my dogs can get under.
