I have 3 small areas on the wall that need repair after picture strips damaged the paint. They are all smaller than a 50c coin.

We have 4 wash basins with double taps that have been all leaking water around the taps. One of the wash basins also has a waste pipe which is leaking below in the vanity cabinet.
