I have purchased a handheld shower and rail set plus shower taps. I need to replace existing fittings.

I have gotten new bench tops and cooktop for my kitchen. I need someone to: -Remove old bench tops and replace with new ones. I am getting generic IKEA laminate benchtops which will need to be cut to size. -Also cut and attach edging strips. If possible (same guy) I would also need: -Remove sink -Install existing sink back (once benchtops have been put in) -Remove old gas stove top -Install new gas stove top (once benchtops have been put in) I need to organise all this so it coincides with the benctop replacement so it may need to be done over a few days depending if it’s separate jobs (people) or not. I don’t know what a reasonable price would be so I just put in any figure so I can gauge the cost. Please quote accordingly. Thank you!

We had a roof rat. We have tiled roof in new double story townhouse. The task is: (1) to advise permanent solution such that rat/mouse cant enter the roof. (2) fixing/closing off all entry points (filling the natural gaps that these tiles have (attached are some pics). Note (Very important): the solution must be such that it doesn’t kill rats/mouse/any animal. So not involving poison powders, etc (Weird I know, please bare with me though.
