I had this job posted previously but the person I hired didn’t have the capacity/capability to complete it and now there is a bit more work on top. Please only apply if you have a good attention to detail and will not rush through the job. The job is as follows: Approximately 40 meters of painted skirting boards have been installed and will need any gaps where it meets the wall filled and any nail holes filled. Previous tasker used spakfilla along the wall gaps in some spots and it looks very rough and created more work than there was originally, so will need to be sanded back and filled properly with no more gaps before re-painting the skirting boards. Also any other gaps where the skirting meets door frames, joins etc… will need to be filled and painted. Some touch-ups of the wall paint will also be required. The job is to be completed in the next week. I will provide the primer & paint for the skirting boards and the paint for the wall touch-ups. I also have no more gaps and masking tape. I am located in Perth (the suburb of Perth). I have attached pictures for reference. If any extra consumables are required these can be added to your offer or I can purchase them.

We need some painting done as we prep our apartment for sale. The apartment is empty so no furniture to deal with. We require the following work: 1.
