Find a local console repairer in Prahran

Hi there, I have various locations in the apartment that need either scraping/filling-light sand-paint and just painting in some other areas. I have all the necessary paint colours and caulk. With the caulking there is mainly around a stone bench and and door frame (both not pictured). Some painted areas I understand may need more of the area painted but I’m hopeful it blends suitably with a “smaller” area/touch up. I suspect once set up there is less than or up to two hours work here but please advise if you believe otherwise. The kitchen cabinets were previously primed and painted. I am not sure if paint can be reapplied or if further prep is required. I would like the job completed before the end of next week but I am flexible. Thanks

Toilet cistern keeps running wasting water. Either fix or adjust or replace the part in photo to stop it running!

remove 4 birds paradise stump and 1 small tree stump. doors and gates should be just wide enough to get a small stump grinder get through.

Have leaks on one bathroom tap and kitchen tap (when turned to cold).

We are getting stone bench tops installed. Need someone to remove current laminate bench tops and install substrate before new bench tops go on.

Screen turns on then picture goes black after a minute or two. Power stays on but screen black

I have purchased new taps for a bathroom basin and a kitchen sink. They will replace the existing ones. Bathroom basin has bathroom pillar taps and spout. The breach pipework is in place and works fine. I understand it requires no modification or replacement. Existing taps are ceramic cassette type. New ones to replace this are jumper/washer type. Refer photo. Kitchen sink mixer to be removed and replace with new one. The base of the new tap is the same diameter as the old. Refer photo. Both sinks have stop-taps/isolation valves. Please provide a quote, any provisional costs and your licence number and name associated with that number. Detail any warranties you provide. Ideally job to be done between Thursday July 4 to July 9.

Please help me jumpstart my car

I need someone to do the following Add 2 more coats to laundry. We have paint. There are drip marks so I need these sanded back and fixed. Get paint off shower screen and areas it shouldn’t be (toilet seat, bath, etc) Paint off cupboards. I need some holes puttied up and painted over. We have paint. I need 1 x bathroom repainted with a sealant (to seal limewash)

Car Nissan Murano 2009 Car had recent repairs due to blowing smoke and leaking oil. Had it repaired in a garage 3 hours from Melbourne in Mansfield, VIC Car is still blowing some smoke and leaking oil. Called garage in mansfield and he advise me to find a garage to do an inspection of my inlet intake manifold to ensure that no oil is sucking up into it.

Need some help with packing down a shop! Tasks: 1. Disasemble rails with Allen key 2. Take our security cams down - there are currently some covers on top of the electricity cord - remove these 3. Put plaster on the holes Left in the wall where the rails were attached (2 small spots) doesn’t need to be painted 4. There are a handful of small holes in the concrete where our rails were drilled in/attached. Fill these in with some kind of concrete gap filler

I have two shower taps that need washers replaced it’s starting to get impossible for the shower head to stop dripping and have to turn it very hard to stop the dripping - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 24 December 2023

Hi there - I currently have a leaky shower head, most likely the tap washers need replacing - Due date: Flexible

Someone with some experience in painting/spray painting preferred - primer and oil based paint believed to be required plus surface may need to be lightly sanded first (cabinet material is believed to be laminated MDF or engineered wood). Basin may need to be covered with tape to ensure that cabinet top gets evenly and properly repainted without transfer to the basin itself. My belief is that the original discolouration may have been caused by bleach application by a tenant to remove mould. If you are interested in the job - I will offer part payment here and the balance in person.

I have 6 modular table tops that I need restored from wear and tear. I would like to also have them stained black. (see image of example finish) They are 85cm X 75cm - not in terrible condition. They are ply wood and can easily remove legs if we need to. - Due date: Flexible
