Check Kitchen Taps / Undersink pipes / plumbing / connections and issue plumbing certificate. We can't find the original plumbing certificate and need to get another one. See photo attached.

Washing machine keeps tripping the power circuit. Need to please take a look at the problem and see if it is fixable.

I have 5 yucca stumps that need to be removed. I have cut the tree down to the base but cannot remove fully.

Easy access as wall cavity will be opened for accessing. Need hot/cold taps relocated to bottom for front loader as it will be in a cabinet. Another basin hot/cold taps will be changed to mixer for the sink basin. Will provide the new tap mixer for basin sink and new tap fixtures for front loader. Just need the labour work and connection of the washing machine pipe to sink basin pipe. Thank you
