Hello 👋 Please refer to the picture; we need to fill the gaps either with Cement and bricks or with wood if by the wood you must paint in black, and the price for the overall job will be reduced upon agreement if you choose to fill with timber rather than wood, as brick and cement costs more in material and resources.

The shower is leaking/dripping alot and the changing the washers would solve this. I want someone to change the washers of both the hot and cold water shower taps. I am open to any other suggestion to fix the shower leaking/dripping issue.

The house is very cold. I think there is leakage of air due to gaps between walls and the window frames. I would like to seal the gaps between each window frame and its surrounding wall externally and internally. I need a handyman for various other work done around the house if you're interested.

When lights are turn up, the switchboard trip ssay after 15-20 mins. Suspect is an eletricity leak. Could be the master bedroom. Power sockets are working fine and it is currently use to light up the house. The switchboard is new. You need to check where is the leaks and replace the wire, I think.
