I don't have approval to bolt it down to my concrete slab so it will just be free standing. I'm fine with that. It's flat pack so just needs setting up. I'm not handy with tools so if you are able to assist that would be much appreciated. Patching and sandy likely required to achieve final smooth surface My apartment has also had two paint repair work that need repair - one is a small dent and the other is a spot (size about 50mm x 50mm where the paint has peeled off as I accidentally stuck something on it). I can supply you the paint. Am after a smooth surface after the job is complete

I have washers which I hope fit. But provide your own washers just in case ... 4. location is 2nd floor apartment with no lift.

I have two lamps that have wire issues which need replacement, and I'm looking for help to do it from an electrician. Parts will be required. The first lamp is in the shape of a cat and currently has a european wall socket with an E14 bulb. I'd like to keep this bulb as it fits inside the glass cover. The second is a tall standing lamp.
