I have two leaking taps. It is still leaking a little when I turn it off.

We are installing a steel beam under a house. There is a row of 7 stumps that need to be removed. The joists alongside need to be propped so we can remove the stumps and put the beam in place. So looking for a restumped who can prop the line of joists and bearers so we can do the rest. - Due date: Flexible

Needing someone to change 2 ceiling lamps in hallway with new ones I have brought from IKEA Please find photo attached of existing ones and new IKEA ones.

Sanding back the decking of the front steps in preparation for staining. Doesn't need to be too deep, but remove general imperfections and remaining paint/discolouration. Previous paint and stain has been stripped using deck stripper and then power washed. The dimensions of the steps is 1.65m wide by total length of 10.6m (including the rise).
