We've just cut down 6 trees in our yard, however it'll be too time consuming for us to remove the remaining stumps. There are 6 to be removed, not big but probably needs more than a shovel and pick. Prefer someone that has a stump grinder to get the job done quickly. Waste may or may not fit in our green bin if it's empty. Easy access to the backyard to get the grinder through.

Constantly leaking tap in bathroom 1, constantly runs, had washers changed previously but didn’t last long. Suspect the actual taps might need changing? Slow leaking tap bathroom 2 - water dripping into the cabinet underneath. Unsure if it just needs tightening but I can’t reach it. Leaking pipe under kitchen sink.

Need 2 yucca stumps ground out. They are located at front of house. There is one which is around 1m in diameter, the other is about 1.2m in diameter, and they have both been sawn off close to the ground. Few paint chips on the wall. Roller marks on the wall needs to be fixed. Only 1 wall 4x 2.4 meters.
