Hey I’m looking for someone to help me setup Ethernet port upstairs in my study room. Currently the internet (NBN FTTP) is connected to the living room. The townhouse has two Ethernet ports at the moment. One in living room, which is working One upstairs in level 2, which is not working. I also think it could be pretty old. Removal of 3 tree stumps. The house has double gate side access to get to the where the stumps are for the machine.

2 x sink taps and 2 shower taps need fixing or replacing. Hot sink tap does not flow. Cold tap drips. Both shower taps are loose and need fixing.

Looking for someone to fit these electric lamps on the ceiling there is wired connection. You just need to detach the wires from the electric spotlight and attach it to the lamp. You might need to place a hole in the ceiling as well.
