We are seeking to learn fundamental cooking skills - cooking methods, sauces/accompaniments and bases, and perhaps a few essential meals eg quiche, basic pastries. If you don’t have experience in French cooking it’s no issue - enquire within if you are able to offer some technical lessons (regardless of cuisine / culture)

My main problem is my diet and taking my supplements and I would like someone here from 11.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Fridays cooking healthy Lunches and Dinners as well as reminding to take my supplements and general cleaning including vacuum, sweeping, and mopping, bathrooms, bedrooms. You might also be asked to take mail to the post office, dry cleaning drop off and pick up and shopping runs 2 or 3 times a week. The listed project is for a single day only and I will cover the fees you pay for that day and then directly moving forward. TUESDAY 11.30 Make Protein Shake from recipe and start to prepare lunch 12pm Lunch & Supplements - Sandwich, Pasta (Can be meat or vegetarian), Chili con carne and rice etc. Always serve with a juice made from watermelon rind and Pomegranate. 12.30pm Vacuum and dust upstairs and clean Bathrooms. 2pm to 4.30pm - Prepare following morning green juice and Dinner for that evening and leave kitchen clean. Run any errands. Supplements The role is more about preparing home cooked healthy meals and making sure I take my supplements than cleaning. I eat poorly and never take my vitamins and now I have hired two personal trainers I want to try this and see the results.
