Meal prep for husband and I (3-4 hours) - cook 2-3 dishes and calculate macros for each meal - calories, protein, fats and carbs (I am pescatarian and he is normal diet) hence can cook protein separately and add later so that you don’t have to cook double the dishes Weigh all meals and suit to our current macros. 10 meals me, 15 meals hubby (total into 25 containers) Clean kitchen after including all dishes, wiping down, labelling meals. Communicate with our assistant weekly to provide a list of ingredients for all 3 meals for the following week. All ingredient and utensils supplied

Clean - double storey house - mopping, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms x3(swapping weekly) - fold, hang laundry - change bed sheets weekly and wash 1 set and apply another (1 room only) - wipe all surfaces - if suitable easy meal preparation (oven veges and air fry protein) then weigh out portions for 4-7 meals
