We are looking for an experienced and reliable cook to prepare nutritious, allergy-friendly, and low-histamine meals for our family of three (two adults and a three-year-old), delivered weekly. Details: Must cater to my toddler son's dietary requirements: Allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, egg, sesame, and wheat. Intolerant to acidic foods, additives, and prefers low-histamine ingredients where possible. Meals priority should be healthy, toddler-appropriate, and calorie-rich with good fats to support growth. Includes preparation of snacks, breakfasts, and main meals for the week. Bonus if meals can include lunchbox-friendly options for kinder. Some meals can be frozen; we have an extra small freezer we can stash food for a week. A list of ingredients used in each meal must be provided to ensure all dietary needs are met and easily tracked. Requirements: Experience with allergy-friendly, low-histamine, and family meal prep. Ability to shop for fresh, high-quality ingredients and cook offsite. Meals should be delivered ready to eat, freeze, or easy to reheat. Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and portioning is essential. I can shop for ingredients, just need a list. I had in mind, healthy cooked meals lunch and dinner + some sort of healthy cold but high protein breakfast ideas (e.g protein powder chia pudding) for 3 days. Then prepped ingredients for 3 days for lunch/dinner only that I can easily just pop in the oven/airfryer/pan etc so that everything stays fresh for a week.
