Weekly lunch & dinner meal prep for 1 adult following specific macro-nutrient & calorie budget. All ingredients provided. Can be done in my home, or yours if you can deliver the meals to me once prepped. If cooking in your own home I can organise a Coles delivery or click and collect of the ingredients.
