Find an experienced cook in Ryde

Looking for someone who can cook healthy meals for my wife and I every week. We both work so it's hard to meal prep and keep the kitchen clean. We are after someone who can come to our place and prep & cook meals on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9am - 12pm. Some meals can be prepared for us to easily cook whilst others can be cooked, ready to eat. Additionally, we would like someone to clean dishes, pots, load/unload dishwasher and wipe kitchen surfaces every session. Long term opportunity. Please share photos of dishes you have made before. We prefer chicken and seafood.

Im looking for someone to come and prepare weekly meals for my wife and I. We're looking for about 18 servings per week ( 3 meals a day for 6 days a week) We can eat the same foods but the serving sizes might be different as I'd be aiming for about 2300 calories and she would be aiming for 1300 calories. For the ratio, looking for 190-210 gm of protein, ~70 gm of fats and the rest can be carbs (ideally with lower glycemic index - occasional rice/bread is okay) The requirements - No added sugar - Even natural sugars is severely limited - No saturated or trans fats - Oils only use extra virgin olive oil / beef tallow - Avoid seed oils - Lactose intolerant - prefer to avoid corn This can be delivered twice a week to our place. We can provide non-plastic containers to store the food. Budget does not include cost of food. We would pay for groceries separately but would want the person to source things for us.
