Instructions for Preparing My Weekly Meals (14 Meals): I eat twice a day, and each meal must be balanced, properly weighed, and portioned into airtight containers. Please follow the exact quantities listed below. All meals should be ready every Wednesday for the week ahead.

We have been unable to find an ideal keto meal prep company for our lunch meal prep and are looking for someone to prepare some keto meals that we can freeze and use for our lunches. The apt is 2 bed 2 bath, mostly carpet. Tasks will be general, some required more than others depending on the week. Including but not limited to: Vacuuming/mopping, cleaning surfaces, laundry, kitchen dishes, bathroom/toilet cleaning and bed changing.
