Wanting prices and availability on cooking healthy meals for me and my two teenagers who are with me a couple times per week including their school lunches and snacks

I'm seeking someone to meal prep for me once a week. The job should take about 2 hours, and I'll provide all the ingredients and recipes. The pay is $100 per week. If you're reliable and enjoy cooking, feel free to reach out!

Housekeeping, cleaning & light meal prep to help in our busy family home. Including some light outdoor jobs also. Flexible on days, 4-5 hours per shift starting at 8am. $50 per hour. Attention to detail, fast paced & experience needed. Non-smokers only.

We are looking for someone to come by and support our family by meal prepping for our family and doing light housekeeping twice a week. We provide the recipes and they are often the same ones every week with slight variations. Of course, this would include cleaning up after the prep is done. Must be comfortable with cooking meat. This will be a consistent weekly task. And after requirements are understood, autonomy is desired. I'm looking for someone intuitive that can help with the general upkeep of an apartment. The apt is 2 bed 2 bath, mostly carpet. Tasks will be general, some required more than others depending on the week. Including but not limited to: Vacuuming/mopping, cleaning surfaces, laundry, kitchen dishes, bathroom/toilet cleaning and bed changing. I'd also like once a week a bit of meal prep, nothing fancy, just a couple of reheatable servings - funds for needed groceries provided separately of course. I'd like to emphasise that I don't need a professional chef, just a basic pasta or curry or something to save me from cooking myself a few nights a week.
