Looking to provide my wife and I with high protein, clean, lean wholefood meals. Paleo recipes usually hit the mark but not strictly paleo. We would like 3 per day 6 days a week. So total of 36 meals. Some details below. IMPORTANT It’s very important to rotate your foods from day to day. This includes all meats, seafood, fruits, veggies, leafy greens. For example: Day 1 = chicken and turkey Day 2 = red meat (lamb, kangaroo, beef) Day 3 = seafood Grass fed beef/lamb. (no pork), sustainable seafood choices. I'm committed to a strict diet for my gym goals as well as being on a journey to heal my gut, therefore meal prep is very important to me. I'm not too concerned about taste or variety, I'd be looking to eat the same thing everyday for the fortnight. I can provide the recipes and ingredients. I am just needing someone to cook it for me! I'm happy to agree on an hourly rate for a fortnightly meal prep service. This can be done in my kitchen or I can pick it up from yours.
