Replace existing F&P electric cooktop with a Eurolec CTIND-60 induction cooktop. The Eurolec cooktop will be free issue to the installer. Supply and install a Clipsal 32A circuit breaker to replace existing 20A breaker for the cooktop. The CB's are located in the cupboard above the cooktop, approx 2m cable route length.. The cutout dimensions for the granite benchtop should accommodate the new cooktop without the need for extra sawing or grinding. I live in a 7th floor apartment, with lift access.

Summary of Electrician Inspection Report: Works Completed: - Arrive to site & tested cooktop, found 240v at cooktop, but cooktop not functioning, This indicated an issue with the circuit board. Recommend replacing as a cost effective solution. -The air conditioning unit was found running, and the house was cool while the unit was in dry operation mode. When set to cooling mode with the temperature at 24 degrees, there was no response. However, when the temperature was lowered to 20 degrees, the unit activated. Gas pressures and compressor amperage were checked, and all tested within normal parameters. It is believed that the temperature sensor may be slightly inaccurate. Tenants were advised to operate the air conditioning at a slightly cooler setting to monitor performance, as the system is otherwise testing perfectly. Electrical Safety Check: Smoke Alarms Interconnected, Functioning Correctly & Compliant. Passed Earth Electrode In Good Condition. Passed Visible Light Switches & Power Outlets In Functioning Condition. Passed Air Con Units In Clean Functioning Condition. Failed Safety Switches Operating Under Fault Conditions. Passed Any Final Sub Circuits Currently Not Protected. Failed Potential Safety Issues: - Ducted system requires a service/clean. - Found 1 x circuit in switchboard currently not protected by a safety switch.
