I need a new oven and induction 7.2kw cooktop wired in to the same position as the current one. The existing wiring looks like it is on the same circuit so may need an extra circuit. The load may also be higher as the old cooktop was ceramic. The new oven and cooktop require hardwiring with isolation switch whereas the old had a normal plug. The fusebox is quite old so that may require upgrading. See photos. Please provide a separate quote for the new fusebox as I'm not sure if needed. In an old house in Leichhardt nsw

One of the Cooktop turns itself on to the highest setting while the others are turned off. The controls for that particular stove doesn't seem to be changing the setting of the heat. Can only be turned off when the circuit breaker is turned off for the stove.

The gas ignition is clicking non stop and it seems like the oven is electrified somehow? This is urgent - need someone to attend asap.

1. Swap out old vanity with new ones x 2 (New vanity’s need to be fitted with legs and U shape inserts in drawers to account for pipe work. See photos) 2. Change existing bath screen to trifold screen 3. Replace 2 shower mixers with new one (1 with a diverter for bathtub water) 4. Replace old gas cooktop with new one (same size)

Apartment unit needing renewing of below items. All new items purchased and ready only need installation labour. 1.
