Purchasing an apartment on Bouverie Street, Carlton VIC 3053. Building report came back stating the electric cooktop didn’t turn on therefore couldn’t test it. Building report recommended electrician. Please view bottom of screenshot. Please provide quotes.

We disconnected a cooktop and a wok burner due to flooring upgrade. And now we need a licensed plumber to re-connect it back. It is really easy job, like screwing back and check it is leaking. For burner we need the drainage pipe to be sealed with the floor. As we are a restaurant, we will need the plumber certificate provided.
