I’m building an outdoor kitchen under a roof and have a 2-burner gas cooktop ready to be connected. There’s already a gas point, but it’s a non-valved bayonet type. Since the cooktop is considered a permanent fixture, it needs to be hard-plumbed to a gas point with a valve. So the current gas point likely needs to be replaced with a valved one. I need a licensed gas fitter to finish the job and provide a proper invoice, so I can show that the work was done and certified by a professional.

The service is available from the retailer howeverwe are hoping to obtain the services of a licenced installer sooner (they are not available until late next week) and preferably less expensive.
