Need to connect gas cooktop. I have point for natural gas in my outdoor area. Require gas plumber to connect cooktop with gas connection. Require same job in my friends house as well same suburb. Can do both on same day.

Replace Gas cooktop. Remove existing and install new. Installation work only. New cooktop already available. No disposal required for old.

We currently have a cracked electric stove top that I need removed and replaced with our new 60cm Haier Electric cooktop. Preferably before Sunday the 16th of June. Cheers

I want to pay a fully licenced electrician (who can demonstrate to me that they are legally qualified to do this type of work in Qld) a decent hourly rate and be present as an offsider to: replace an existing oven and cooktop with newer ones the same size which I will have onsite; install the necessary RCBO safety switch in box outside required for these 2 replacements; replace 3 faulty light switches; replace 1 fanlight with a normal light; and install 5 compliant smoke alarms which I believe are required in rental homes commencing 2022. The house is a single level, low set on concrete slab, brick veneer home with a concrete tile roof. The house is approx 30 year old and was built as Air Force housing I believe. I will supply the the light fitting and 2020 Westinghouse Wall Oven/grill and the Belair electric Cooktop. These fit the existing cut-outs. I would like to pay you for the cost of the safety switch and the actual hours you work. I am going to Post the Task as a 3 hours job at $65/hour ie: $200. If it takes longer than I will make up the difference at this hourly rate in cash on the day.
