To replace the existing Ilve 90cm gas cooktop with a Teka 90cm hybrid cooktop. The induction burner requires 7.KW power which may need to run a separate wiring from the switch board(approx. 10 meter away). It also requires to cut one side (490mmL) of the stone top to suit the opening. The new cooktop may takes a week or 2 to arrive.

Can you simply remove the old one and install the new gas cooktop? Benchtop cutout is in the same size so don't need to do anything on the benchtop. The old cooktop comes off easily so no issue. Please quote a fee to take away the old cooktop separately. Thanks
