measure cut out I buy the correct cook top from Bunnings replace cook top

I need to replace a gas cook top with a new one but I am unsure about the dimensions of the cut out of the current cook top. I need a tasker to: 1. Disconnect and remove the current cook top 2. Measure the cut-out to determine the dimensions of any replacement. Would prefer qualified gas fitter but handyman can do. Also, if there is a way to measure the dimensions of the cut-out without removing the current cook - that would be good.

It can’t hold fire and the ignition is broken. I need it to be repaired.
