Replace approx 600x1700mm section of plasterboard ceiling, cut around chimney. Supply and fit approx 4 linear metres cornice along wall around chimney and/ or replace cornice around entire if existing can't be matched.

Two walls to be tiled, cornice to be repaired and installed, ceiling painted in bathroom

We noticed that the cornice is coming away from the ceiling, so need this repaired ASAP before it gets worse. Initially it was only on one wall's cornice but it's starting to affect the adjoining wall's cornice. Bathroom is not large (less than 3m x 3m). Must be done on Thursday 11th April. I need someone to clean a dirty cornice and picture rail in a room with a high ceiling. Residue as a result of area recently undergoing renovation. Cornice around 3.1m off ground. Room around 4.7m long and 3,7m wide. Requires tall ladder or ladder, potentially with platform. Airtasker would need to bring this, along with other cleaning material. Areas need dusting and then washing with a wet cloth. May need help from Airtask to move furniture and clear bookshelf to free up space (I will help with this). Polystyrene cornice repair or replacement. Painter had to rip the bubble on the cornice to discover that it was a polystyrene cornice and now does not know how to fix it

Gyprocker to repair a section of wall and parts of cornice/skirting following the removal of a cupboard in our property. The area affected is approximately 4 meters in width. Gyprocker to supply all materials. Must be gyprocked as we are painting this wall as soon as the job is done. To be done ASAP - today or tomorrow. Must - Cut and install gyprock to match the existing wall, ensuring a smooth and even surface. Repair or replace parts of the cornice and skirting for a uniform appearance.
