Hi there, We would like to install cornices to a small apartment in Melbourne CBD (has parking) and 3 ceiling roses. Lounge room - 1040 ceiling rose Bedrooms- 600mm ceiling rose Cornice- 170mm wall x 200mm ceiling, and it's a total of 50 l/m incluing 10% extra to install in lounge, and 2 bedrooms.

Plastering Brief We are looking to attach: 3 ceiling roses and cornices in each of those rooms also. These rooms include lounge room, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. I need this done tomorrow morning I have a small kitchen area that needs to be corniced victorians , material will be on site you just have to hang it an stop it.

Work is to close off the gap on the ceiling from an internal partition wall which had previously removed. Cornice need to be removed and gap filled. This need to be done so that kitchen cabinet can be installed flush up to the ceiling. Once gap is filled, Cornice gap need to be joined with leftover material, if possible. Paint work not required for now. Ceiling height is 3m from the floor, which is not usual on an apartment, ladder is required.

Install cornice: there is approx 8 lineal metres of cornice I need installed. Materials will be supplied including 55mm cove cornice and adhesive. Important: property is vacant and therefore considered a small scale construction site (trades allowed on site during lockdown)

I need cornice put up in 3 rooms and 1 hallway. Details: 2 rooms are 3.3 x 3.9m, 1 room is 3.3 x 3.3m. The hallway is 1200mm wide. Cornice is 150mm x 140mm approx! We have a 4.5m x 4.5m (roughly) ceiling in a warehouse office space. The whole place has a warehouse vibe so this doesn't need to be perfect, just want to seal all the little cracks and paint white over the ceiling. It needs simple cornicing over all four walls. Will require taping over the gaps in the giprock sheets, as well as a few small holes filled. Basically just need to finish the ceiling!

100cm x 35cm x 236 ( height) pax wardrobe - with door is 38cm (Divided into two 50cm x 38 x 230) Also needed to remove part of the cornice and the bottom sidebroad as well Don’t hv the exact planner but vy similiar to the one in the photo except the height is 236 cm instead of 201.
