Set joints and sand in 4 rooms, 2.7x3, 2.7x1.8, 2.7x2.2, 2.7x1 all with 3m ceilings. First 2 rooms with plaster cornices and one centre rose

Install gyprock cornice approximately 5m long when exhaust hood is removed

Gyprock Ceiling approx. plus cornice 2800 X 2800mm Another small section of ceiling approx. 1200 X 900 mm Small false wall (both sides) approx. 2800 H X 900 wide. Repair (Batton & Gyprock) wall and opening as per photo attached.

Approx 20 ft of cornice needs repairing. If possible new cornice to go over existing cornice.

A section of our cornice has seperated from the wall and is dragging the paint with it. It's about 2m-2.5m length. I can send photos
